Booking Conditions - 20% non refundable deposit payable by cheque on reservation, remainder of balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival plus a breakage deposit of £200, breakage deposit will be returned by cheque on your return to the UK. Prices quoted are for up to 4 adults sharing, the property can accommodate a further two adults in the lounge for a supplement of £50 per week. Easter and Christmas charges - £450 per week. The above rates do not include transfers or flights, transfers can be arranged for an additional cost, please contact us for details.
